Personnel Tools for Marketers

Developed by a human resources professional, these easy-to-use tools for managers who hire and manage entry-level marketers enable business to support and integrate the Skill Standards. These business applications will help employers know whom to hire and where to focus their limited training dollars. They will help new entrants to the workforce know what they need to do to improve their performance. Job expectations will be made clear.

The personnel applications are designed so that they can easily be adapted to your specific organization and job position. Each tool has been reviewed and tested by business people and found to be helpful for all sizes of organizations. "By using this process I am able to see what my staff needs, determine if I have the time or resource to provide it, and decide to keep or not keep; hire or not hire", said one field-tester.

Each for the following tools are in MS Word format.
